A student may appeal a Residence Life decision, which will be reviewed by the Dean of Students or their designee. Examples of Residence Life decisions include, but are not limited to, smoking or damage fines, denial of petition to cancel a housing contract, or administrative termination of the housing contract.
To submit an appeal, students must email a statement to the Student Life office explaining the circumstances of the appeal and their request.
The Dean or their designee will review the statement and make a decision in consultation with relevant colleagues. Appeal decisions are considered final.
