Water Testing
Since 1982, EHS and Facilities has been conducting annual water testing across campus. As per EPA regulation, we test for lead and copper, which can cause health issues. We also test for iron which can affect taste and color, but is not a health concern.
Potable water testing for the metals listed above, as well testing for other criteria and system maintenance, is now part of our integrated Water Management Plan.
