Through a deep analysis of local and global markets, companies are constantly being built to meet the needs of the consumer. By understanding one’s purpose, students are able to explore what strengths they have and apply them when searching for an appropriate and befitting occupation within these business structures. These unique professions have allowed many of our own Reedies to engage in these markets to not only create value for the consumer but impact the world through meaningful work in the Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy community.
Policy & Community Advocacy
Navigating and addressing the complex issues that both connect and divide us in a densely interconnected world involves understanding and managing a wide array of challenges. These include international and local concerns such as global commerce, NGO efforts, licensing, and global policy, alongside pressing issues like agriculture, climate change, and geopolitics. On a more immediate scale, it also encompasses tackling housing, transportation, crime, homelessness, and community welfare. Balancing international dynamics with local needs—ranging from diplomatic relations and disaster relief to community governance and public policy—requires innovative solutions and respectful collaboration across boundaries, whether they are political, geographical, or social.
